I have listened to to sparks radio today. I have pretended it wasn't what was the down fall of my weight loss.....however, if I am going to be serious about weight loss I have to be serious about my wine. Every night I have one to two classes of wine. Sometime on weekends more depending on who is over and what we are doing. I have always allowed for the calories in my journal as if it was part of a healthy diet.(who am I kidding) Now don't get me wrong I know there are some benefits to a glass of wine here and there. But I think I have to be honest with myself and say good bye to my evening habit and create a new one. So open to suggestions to help just end my night on a relaxing wine free note.
