I am after reading the article Four ways to eat What you want during the holidays (without gaining weight)
About being on maintenance for the holidays has made me decide to up my calories as well as my exercise to maintenance levels until January second.
use the link and read about it yourself and decide if this might make the holidays less stressful.I feel that since it is a plan I will be able to 1) not gain any weight, 2) use being conscious of my eating and 3) Allow no "cheating" from my planned maintenance goals.
In the end I will have nothing with which to beat myself up about.'
This was not my idea but I am going to jump on the wagon.
I am also going to post on this blog what I exercised and number of calories I ate.
Just for the HOLIDAYS. I will be on maintenance food plan.
