ok for a challenge on my spark team we are suppose to come up with a list of healthy snacks. Ok so here we go. I have been trying to get in more fruits and veggies.
1. Chicken wing celery - NOW WAIT don't panic no frying involved or for that matter chicken.
Just celery sticks, Laughing Cow Blue Cheese and hot sauce. Only 1 WW point. Gives me the crunch I want in a snack. Now it is not going to replace Chikcen wings (after all I live in Buffalo you know). but it does work as a healthy substitute.
2. Greek yogurt, mixed with sugar free jello pudding, usually cheese cake flavored and some kind of fruit. Again WW points only for the yogurt 2-3 depending on you yogurt.
3. Apples and Peanut butter. This is a little higher on the points end with the peanut butter, but some days you just need it.
