At least for exercising, that is.
20 mins SDCK, 80 mins of Yoga for Super Energy and Radiance.
I don't know why I allow myself to get distracted and postpone my KY practice until later in the day. By that time, I'm cranky and have little to no time to do it!
Today I practiced as soon as I got up. I feel good, ready to start my day and best of all, I'm not cranky!
