DAY 26: Mornings are Best

At least for exercising, that is.

20 mins SDCK, 80 mins of Yoga for Super Energy and Radiance.

I don't know why I allow myself to get distracted and postpone my KY practice until later in the day. By that time, I'm cranky and have little to no time to do it!

Today I practiced as soon as I got up. I feel good, ready to start my day and best of all, I'm not cranky! emoticon

  I think I got in the habit of getting up and getting it done in the morning. Sometimes I don't get up early enough when I have to be at work early (7:30 am). Before our challenge, if I missed in the morning, I didn't do it at all. Now with our 40 day challenge, if I miss in the morning I do it later.
