This week didn't go so well!! I ran 1 mile on Monday and then felt tired and achey the rest of the week. I did force myself to workout Thursay. Thursday I ran 3 miles and strength trained. However the week is not over. I plan to run outside even if it rains on Saturday and Sunday. I want to see how far I can run on Sunday. I am going to have 1 long run a week.
I did awful on nutrition goals this week. Thursday after I ran I got hungry, so i ate!! Everyone has been bringing in goodie bags for us and mine never makes it home. Blah! Hopefully today I can start new, and quit the eating unless it fits in my nutrition goals. Not doing good on losing any weight. Have not gained weight either, which is good news at the holidays.
