Wheat Belly book

I just read the book called Wheat Belly. It was very eye opening. Since I am already doing Sugar Busters, my wheat intake has decreased also. Maybe cutting out both sugar and wheat helps to eliminate my cravings.

I recommend reading this book especially if you have food cravings.
