1. stayed within calorie range 6 days in a row
2. did upper body strength training
3. went to zumba for cardio
4. cooked chicken and ground turkey ahead
Great: eating, exercise and motivation are all 100%. I was out of my comfort zone yesterday, doing strength training without my personal trainer, in a different part of the gym, with the big muscled guys. It was intimidating. They're all my kids' age, and really pumped, and I'm doing my own thing. I saw a few kids I know, and they were very encouraging, which was nice.
I have my weekend course tonight 5-10pm, and tomorrow 8am to 6pm. Then tomorrow is DS14's winter concert at 7. So that's why I cooked ahead. Eat right, avoid fast food.
Begining Sat night is Hannukah. I can't believe it. I have about 3 present for DS14, so I'll have to shop for the rest of the days. The older boys will get their gifts when I see them over winter break.
Sunday, I guess I'll do laundry & house cleaning, and food shopping.
