Working towards feeling good about myself includes looking for reasons to be proud. I'm proud of myself because I finally got back on the treadmill yesterday. My leg still ached and I kept the pace low and slow but I did it! I HAVE to keep trying. I HAVE to keep pushing. I have also been drinking more water again. I've been drinking it warm with a little lemon in it half the time and it makes it easier to drink more on these chilly days. I'm also trying to start eating a little more RAW. I would like to make sure I have one raw meal a day. Wether it be a salad or even like last night where I cut up squash and zucchini and added garlic dressing with marinated mushrooms and red peppers for dinner. It was good and filling! And low in calories which is good since I ate way too many raisins and almonds again. I always forget how many calories are in raisins and almonds. Holy cow! But they are so addicting! I can't stop sometimes. I'll get there. One day I'll learn the meaning of moderation. :)
TODAY I WILL EAT WELL!
TODAY I WILL DRINK PLENTY OF WATER!
TODAY I WILL EXERCISE!!!
TODAY WILL BE A GOOD DAY!!!
