So I decided it was time to move up to harder exercises. Oddly enough, the harder they get the more I enjoy them. The easy ones almost seem to demotivate me. Well, anyways, I decided to start doing Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred again.
Usually every time I start it, its rough going. I can't make it through the whole time of each exercise. This time was different. I made all the way through all of the cardio intervals, except for a few brief pauses during jumping jacks. I get shin splints and jumping jacks are the worst for me no matter how much I stretch.
But its getting easier and today will be my third day doing level one. I'm looking forward to it actually. I still just a little sore from yesterday, but its a good sore, a muscle building sort of sore. :)
