My goal for this week...

Ok so I have had a so/so week only done 4 days at the gym and my eating hasn't been the best how ever my goal for next week are as follows (I start my week on a Sat so I have no excuse for giving up by the weekend)

1) Gym 5-6 days this week
2) Only one treat day
3) More water, less cups of tea!
4) Much more fruit and veg
5) no eating on the go

What mini goals are you setting for yourself this week? XX

    Great goals hope you have a good start to your 'week' this weekend towards sustaining some of them! What a transformation from your earlier photos to now, a nice inspiration, well done! ;-)

    Wow! That's a lot of mini goals! I only set 1 maybe 2.
    I want to go run with the dog at least once this week.
    Also do 2 more days of the 200 sit ups regime.
