Ok so I have had a so/so week only done 4 days at the gym and my eating hasn't been the best how ever my goal for next week are as follows (I start my week on a Sat so I have no excuse for giving up by the weekend)
1) Gym 5-6 days this week
2) Only one treat day
3) More water, less cups of tea!
4) Much more fruit and veg
5) no eating on the go
