Week 3

I am happy to report that I have kept on exercising for the last 3 weeks. And I honestly feel great.
Whenever I am NOT exercising I think those people telling me that exercise makes them feel better and all that, I just dont believe them. But then I start to move and feel a change so quickly.
Currently I am cycling indoors with my road bike fixed to a roll thingie (Does that have a name?) and using a Jillian Michaels dvd I bought recently.
These two things work really well for me right now, and might be something I can keep up doing. With only doing 20 to 30 minutes at a time, I really dont have any excuses.
I am thinking about going back to running, something I did for a few months in 2011 and actually felt great about doing.
What I have to keep in mind is that I want to keep being active for the rest of my life, not just to lose weight. Last time I took up running I had this goal of running a 5k, did it twice and then stopped going for my 3 runs a week. I really need to come up with a way to keep me engaged in this for the long run.
Do you have any tips for me on how to accomplish that?
