... That is to say I've lost another pound this week even though I've not really worked out much. In fact this is probably the least exercise I've done in a week since I joined the site.
I'm not especially happy about that but an incredibly stressful week at work last week (tears before and after work most days last week, fun!), cutting way back on junk food and removing comfort eating as well as being ill seems to have sent my motivation AWOL.
However last night I sucked it up and managed to get through half an hour's worth of SP videos without coughing up both lungs and I feel so much better for it this morning. It does amaze me how quickly my fitness and strength drops off. Going 2-3 days without doing anything (other than walking to the station each morning which is just under a mile) really makes a big difference and makes it that little bit easier to let myself not bother.
Anyway, as I'm feeling mentally and physically better I'm looking forward to getting in a couple of good workouts over the weekend and then hopefully next week I will break the 1 stone barrier!
