gonna try to make this work!

Friday, December 07, 2012

I haven't been on in a while because I don't have a computer. I thought my new phone would make it easier to be on here but it actually makes it harder. I've got to try to make it work because my weight is the highest it's been in years. I went to the Dr today and she encouraged me to start writing everything down and to find support. Well this is the best place for both! She wants me to come back monthly for check ins. Hopefully next month is better than today! I did find out today that I have a vitamin D deficiency. Anyone ever dealt with that? I'm truly hoping that is the cause of some of my fatigue and that I start feeling better soon!! Ok I need to go, I have a Schnauzer demanding all of my attention!

Hi! What I know about vitamin D deficiency is not much. I know you are tired. Not much energy. Sounds like you have a good doctor who is looking out for you.
Logging your food and water intake and your feelings is a really good idea. I am great at logging in my food and water. Not so much about my feelings. That's a problem for me since my feelings fuel my desire to stuff my face.
I hope you can get to the computer more often. It is good to hear from you. Enjoy your week! Have a Merry Christmas!
