1 minute re-test results during CrossFit today:
Squats: 37
PushUps (w/knees): 25
SitUp: 21



For my reference later -- and so much improvement from before!

    Good show! I agree with Rajaniemi about pushups. I've been working on regular ones, but my trainer says I still don't lower my chest enough. I say I'm doing just fine if my chest doesn't touch the ground.
