Ugh, I have been truly lazy this week. When my trainer canceled on me on Monday, it just put me in the wrong mentality for the week. I kep putting my workouts off. I know that was wrong, and I know I should not have done that.
I am going to get back to it. I don't know what got into me, but I have just felt so tired and lazy...
I have also been having a hard time with eating. I constantly think I am hungry when I am not. I need to get a handle on it! I am starting to drive myself crazy!
I have also been getting into the habit of weighing myself everyday, and I need to stop that too!
I don't know what my problem is
