Lazy Bones...

Ugh, I have been truly lazy this week. When my trainer canceled on me on Monday, it just put me in the wrong mentality for the week. I kep putting my workouts off. I know that was wrong, and I know I should not have done that.

I am going to get back to it. I don't know what got into me, but I have just felt so tired and lazy...

I have also been having a hard time with eating. I constantly think I am hungry when I am not. I need to get a handle on it! I am starting to drive myself crazy!

I have also been getting into the habit of weighing myself everyday, and I need to stop that too!

I don't know what my problem is

    You've realized what's wrong and that's step one, next is to change the mindset, find a way to get back in there.

    It's hard to be 100 percent every day. As long as you don't quit all the way, you are fine. Maybe you'll get your groove on again tomorrow.
