Today was supposed to be an off day, and I had initially planned to swim. But during the day, all I wanted to do was go for a run. Also, when I got home, I had new workout gear to try out!

I ended up doing three laps around my neighborhood. One lap equals .8 miles. I jogged the first lap (11:18), walked part of the second lap as a rest (6:09), jogged another full lap (11:27)' and walked the rest of the third lap to get back home (10:06). Total time was 39 minutes.

Note for all the ladies out there: the maximum support sport bra from Victoria's Secret is awesome! I made it through the whole workout without once thinking about the girls - I've NEVER done that before, there's always at least some awareness at some point. Like I said: awesome.
