Marathon Training Week 2 + Sponge Candy :-/

I have been busting my butt and kicking some major booty with my eating! Then dad sends me a little care package for finals week with sponge candy in it. (For those of you who aren't from Buffalo and haven't experiences real sponge candy, I am sorry) You would think that sponge candy would be a lower calorie treat cause it is so airy inside. OH NO! 3 pieces are 180 calories. OYYYY It's been a rough 2 days and now I feel like crap emoticon

So marathon training this week has been great!! And it is my final week of P90X! But I am restarting it in 2 weeks (after a recovery week next week)

Dec 3, Day 8: Monday was a nice easy run, 4 miles at a 6 mph pace. Then pumped some iron P90X style

Dec 4, Day 9: This was my pace run. My goal half marathon time is 9 min 10 sec per mile (to finish in 2 hours) I ran 6 miles at 9 min and 3 sec per mile!!! WOOOHOOO!!! I felt great. It was fantastic! SOOO excited!!

Dec 5, Day 10: 20 minutes cycling and P90X

Dec 6, Day 11: Cross training interval day! Got my butt in gear on the arc trainer, level 9 and the rowing machine. Finished up doing some planks, mason twists and other torturous ab exercises!!

So it is going very well. Just have to keep maintaining the food side of everything. That will be better for my training AND weight loss!!!!!

SOOO goals this weekend: stay in calories everyday!!
