    Why "thank you". I was just wondering that today. I wasn't really "feeling it" today, so I wasn't going to go to the gym at all. And then I told myself, well..I might as well go and I can modify a little if my leg still hurt. I broke a sweat, I did an hour and half of exercise. It might not have been the most energetic workout I have ever done, but I did something.

    I love a nice walk. It sure helps to releive stress. Plus, I dont have to get all sweaty like I do when I run :)
