I spent the day reading most of the time, and playing computer games. I'm getting to be a whiz at pogo pop. Just loving to pop those baloons. Now it's time to get back into the swing of things. Tomorrow it will be laundry and housework, and appointments oh my. I also have to run some other errands. I'm hoping it's not raining or snowing tomorrow.
My goals for Friday are:
15 minutes of housework
15 minutes of reading
15 minutes of writing
10 minutes of strength training
30 minutes of cardio
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 calories, or below 2000 caloories
spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise.
