Day #9: Hungry, tired, and motivated!

Today I woke up hungry & tired. I didn't sleep well last night. I woke up 5 times during the night off and on & thankfully fell right back to sleep, but it still disrupted my sleep pattern. Even though I was hungry & really wanted to eat the whole tin of junk popcorn in the break room today, I resisted and ate NOTHING that I didn't bring in my lunchbox (which was all good stuff). After work, I ran by the gym & put in a 20 min ab workout. I am soooooo sleepy! This consistent exercise is making me one tired girl & I am thankful that tomorrow is my last intense day this week. I need a rest!

NUTRITION (*organic): apple*, oatmeal* (w/ raisins* & homemade applesauce*), salsa* chicken*, butternut squash*, 2 cuties clementines, jack cheese*

ST: 20 min abs (ab crunch machine, obliques machine, ab rocker, planks, bicycle crunches, 8lb side crunches, stretching)

Tonight we are going to mom's house for dinner. I already called & asked what we're having. Potatoes, carrots, green beans, rolls & I am bringing homemade cranberry sauce. I will go light on the potatoes & skip the store bought rolls all together. I am trying to decide if there is another dish I can take as well. I'd better go check the freezer...

    Exercise should make you a good tired so that you sleep better at night..on full moon nights I have trouble sleeping so wear a sleep mask now and it really helps once I got used to it..
