I bought and tried Steaming Kale in a ziplock steaming bag in the microwve. My lap band doesn't like the consistancy of it. Any suggestions on how to make it go down easier?
I ahve liquified Kale in a processor and then freeze it in flexible ice trays then bag it in small bags and add it to smoothie/shakes with protein powder.
Is there anothger way i can get in the nutrition value of this great veggie?
I'll be Kinda MIA as I am starting my IVIG treatments tomorrow thru sunday. Just saying.
