I have made changes this week. I started December 1st. I have had no soda or fruit drinks. I have gone to the gym once. LOL it's a start. I have been drinking plenty of water and eating healthy. I am excited to weigh in on this coming Saturday. One thing I do need to learn is how to deal with cravings. Today I had a sweet tooth so I had an ice cream cone. It was so good. I am allowing myself each week to have 1 desert, breakfast, lunch and dinner of my choosing so I won't feel deprived. I also wake up every morning as a new day and fresh start. It makes it easier to go 24 hours at a time. Any tips on fighting cravings will be great.
