A week of getting back on track

After our hectic week last week, it has been great to get back on track this week. Food is being monitored, treadmill is being used, water is being consumed. It's great to see the results too. As soon as things were sorted the weight started dropping off and the energy and attitude both went up.
I've recovered statistically from our holiday, guests and general madness, not that I went off the rails during that time. Thankfully, having been on SP for a while I was very conscious of what I was eating while I was unable to track it.
It looks like it will be a busy weekend this week and I'm going to be playing airsoft so I'm keen to see how I go climbing hills and running through the bush now that I'm about 11.5kg (25lb) lighter than the last time I tried.
