Just keep swimming, just keep swimming....
Im still working it.. made it to the gym 3 times in a row this week so far and have been staying within my calorie range for the past 4 days.. Im still tracking everyday regardless.. im not always good, but, I like knowing... Ive tracked 20 days in a row today! The tracking app I use gives me a lil shoutout every 5 days I tracked. Its very motivational... Ive also been at the gym atleast twice a week the past couple months. The week after thanksgiving I went off track for a bit, but, this time it was only about 5 days.. And i still tracked those days. Ive made a deal with myself to track each day no matter what! Even the days I go completely crazy and eat WAY too much, I write it down. Keeps me accountable.
I havent weighed myself in 3 weeks. I kind of want to, then I kind of dont... I was really bad one of the weeks and Im just scared to even look..I havent notice any change (good or bad) in how my clothing fits. So I dont think I gained... I think Ill wait another week though. Plus Ive been doing a lot more strength training than usual. Ive noticed more definition in my legs and arms.. Im gonna measure next week as well!
Things I need to work on:
- getting more veggies and fruits in my diet again. With all the goodies around this time a year its easy for me to track in a couple treats and not eat the good nutritious food I need. Whoops!
- water intake. WATER WATER WATER!! Ive been so bad about this lately... no idea why..
