I'm finally feeling more confident about things now that I'm really back on track. No more excuses to fall back on. My body is feeling better, and I'm down 4 lbs. this week! Now that I'm back at this, I feel comfortable writing a few goals down.
1. 30 day Exercise Streak
2. 30 day tracking streak
3. Blogging 5 days/week.
4. Establish a schedule for EVERYTHING (cleaning, daily activity, exercise)
1. Run 10K
2. Sprint Tri
3. Ball Gown in a single digit size
4. Organize House BEFORE next move.
