4 weeks without a weigh in....

Okay so I finally weighed. 4lbs up in four weeks.......This is not good! But it once again could be worse and I'm really surprised that it wasn't because I have never binged that often before. It was ridiculous!!! But I am going to keep it simple, leave an exercise schedule out of it right now and stick to my four December goals. That's it. And then I will get some new goals for the New Year! emoticon

1. Log on to spark at least 5 days a week and read/watch at least one blog.

2. Drink at least two 44 oz cups of water each day

3. Take my vitamins everyday

4. Stay within 1200-1400 calorie range. 3 meals and 1 snack

    I am so proud of you for going, and you could easily push this off and say "I'll just start in January" and gain another 4 pounds in the process, so that is huge that you are getting recommitted right now!

    i love the goals but i ask you reconsider the exercise thing. just a little? we all know how much it helps our bodies (mentally and physically) and i really think it would help keep u on track. ?? idk. ??
    i guess check this out b/c it opened my eyes to a new thinking about exercise.

    great job only the only 4 lbs gain. so glad it wasn't worse! :)

    my sister lost 105 pounds at age 63 by walking 15000 steps a day.

    i lost 44 pounds by giving up grain products and sugary products at age 60.

    i use a salad plate as a dinner plate; i eat with a childs fork. takes your brain 20 minutes to tell your stomach your full. it works.
