4 weeks without a weigh in....

Okay so I finally weighed. 4lbs up in four weeks.......This is not good! But it once again could be worse and I'm really surprised that it wasn't because I have never binged that often before. It was ridiculous!!! But I am going to keep it simple, leave an exercise schedule out of it right now and stick to my four December goals. That's it. And then I will get some new goals for the New Year!
1. Log on to spark at least 5 days a week and read/watch at least one blog.
2. Drink at least two 44 oz cups of water each day
3. Take my vitamins everyday
4. Stay within 1200-1400 calorie range. 3 meals and 1 snack
