I would just like to state that my lower body is so incredibly sore and STIFF. Standing, walking, getting up, and even sitting down to PEE....HURTS like hell. Thank you Jillian Michaels for making me look like I have a stick up my butt & got the crap kicked out of me. Tomorrows 11 mile run @ 4 am should be a BLAST!! ::rolls eyes:: haha ;) It is what it is.

I am so sore. It's amazing to push through the and have the mentality of no excuses, just do it, & get it done. All those things are true for me.

Though after today's workout my right calf is now really sore. When it is my whole lower body I think it is normal but when ONE thing is sore I worry. I have never had just ONE part sore. So now I am thinking "is it normal or did I hurt my calf?". It's just sore..but it's ONLY my right one.

Hmmm... hopefully it is normal.

I have an 11 mile run tomorrow morning as I said. That will be lovely. I hate having long runs and not knowing what to bring for fuel. I never have stuff to "try" more then once to see what works best for me. I have been trying to figure things out for a year now!!

Eh.

Anywho.... I ate the following for breakfast.


Yesterday I ate only what I tracked and was supposed to eat. So the day was a success!!

I ended yesterday with 60 mins running, 25 mins of Day 2 Level 1 30 day shred, & 90 mins walking.

Well only tomorrow will tell how today turned out!
