today I ran 5.02 miles and I did 30ds day 26...it was not pretty at all but I got it done so that is all that matters..lol yesterday i started my second challenge of the winter and that is eating clean 100 percent and if i have a craving then treat myself to one treat meal a week. so yesterday so far so good, i did not eat one processed thing, go me!! today my breakfast is a subway all veggie salad, there meat is processed so all veggies it was and darn its good..lol any who tomrrow with be dble workout # 27 and i will ttythen!!
