Well here it is my Spark Friends...My very 1st blog! :)
I am on day two of my 28 day boot camp. I did my 10min video yesterday as well as my 2nd day tracking my food. I didn't realize how much crap I was truly eating....It was astonishing to say the least.
We had a small family emergency last week which resulted in a life flight and my boyfriend being put in the hospital for 3 days. So money is very tight. I have not been able to grocery shop so I am just rolling with what I have on hand. Not much fresh fruits and veggies right now but I will be changing that soon enough. But I am a trooper so I am making do.
I have been doing some small workouts and following the challenge. I learned by listening to the spark podcast that one of the problems I was having was I was just jumping into workouts that are far to hard for my body. So instead of feeling good and I felt horrible and kept getting injuries or sick. I vow to myself this time I will take it slow and do it correctly!
These are the first baby steps to get on with the rest of my life! I am fighting to get back my life! I never want to have to worry about keeping up with friends, or be to scared to go to an amusement park because I may not fit on a ride. I will get back everything I have missed and more! Mark my words!!!!!
