It's crunch time...not munch time!

So I have 2 big exams next week, and as I start into the heavy review required, I find myself going over my calories in the evening. Something about the fear of failing seems to be a trigger for my stress eating, and I don't want to erase all my progress this week, so I'm going to try to be extra diligent with calorie counting and avoiding higher calorie options.

    Good luck!! I was a big stress eater while I was in school (and I barely even noticed which was part of the problem)--making sure you count your calories and in general just watch what you're putting into your mouth should lead you to success!

    If you pre-cut veggies, they make excellent crunchy snacks and give you something to chew on. Tea and gum were also my friends during examtimes!
