I love it that I start getting antsy when I sit too long, sure proof that my body likes this increased activity.
Yoga in the morning helps my stiff joints, after I've been sewing too much, and just moving around more makes me feel better. My cat and I love those long sessions in a chair, me knitting and her curled up keeping me warm.... but when I get up, I can barely walk for a few steps. Great motivation for bouncing up and down from the chair. (Don't worry about Daisy the cat, she's back in my lap within minutes when I sit back down).
Baked the first batch of cookies yesterday, ready for our guests. Put them in the freezer ASAP, so I wouldn't be tempted to eat more than the one mandatory sample.
