30 minutes of exercise...

Thursday, December 06, 2012

Not planned but effective...I have been shoveling snow, although I canīt find my shovel so I had to use my snowsleigh and it involved a lot of walking. Now I am off to give a lecture for my dog-sitter with daughter... a good barterbusiness who pays for doggys daycare... if the riding arena had not been so close to my house (three kilometres) I would have cancelled I think everybody with some sens should stay at home tonight.... a lot of snow!

emoticon It is a great workout. I still do my own shoveling too. Some winters we have hardly any and others I feel like I'm back up North. None so far this winter and I seriously doubt we'll have any for Christmas. Never know. Just be careful!

Whe you made it out, you should have picked up a shovel. Using a sled could hurt your back.

I feel your pain, but shoveling snow is a good upper body work out! We have a lot here in Halland and tomorrow morning the temperature will be -18C! We can shovel snow just to keep warm!

Har det så bra!

Sounds like good exercise! Since I live in a snow-free area, I don't really know, though. Stay warm. Keep up the healthy activity!!
