So, earlier this week I had made a big list of things that I was planning to accomplish, on a day-by-day basis. I'd just like to recap where I'm at, if I'm keeping up with things and so on. I'm pretty much on track so far (definitely with the exercise part, sort of with the homework), and it really hasn't been so difficult to keep up with these goals as planned. I feel like having it all mapped out has kept me aware of the deadlines for the week, and it's something I'll probably do on Sundays from here on out. We'll see how it goes.
For today (THURSDAY), I had planned a cardio workout in the morning (gym for 45 minutes, done!), math homework (in process, sort of...
), go to class (don't have to leave until 1:15pm), Insanity workout (Day #26! Might try to do it now, and if not then after class around 3:30pm...), study chemistry and work on my final paper for Composition. The only thing I'm really behind on is this darn paper.. I'm such a procrastinator in that department, so much so that I've gotten to the point where I think I just can't write until I'm under pressure! I don't want to let it come to that though, way too stressful... so I'll force myself to work on it today. It's still my goal to have the paper drafted and revised by Sunday (since it's not due until Wednesday next week)!
I've been on target with my calories, pretty much. Some days I eat right up to the maximum limit, but most days I'm averaging in the 1300-1400 range. Here's what I had for lunch (it was an early one) today, all for about 350 calories:
3-egg white and mushroom omelet
1 lite english muffin, spread w/ 1/4-cup lowfat cottage cheese
1 cara-cara orange (those things are soooo good!)
my little mochaccino concoction
I'll probably finish up the veggie chili for dinner later, maybe some cornbread on the side. Oh! I wanted to try making a variation on a "tofu vanilla pudding" I saw in this new cookbook I just got yesterday.. I have some ripe bananas, so I'm thinking banana pudding, or maybe even... banana cream pie! Depends how ambitious I'm feeling... I'll post a picture if it comes out yummy (*fingers crossed*)!
I have another goal, too, for my weigh-in this Sunday. I'd like to see a number around 124lbs on the scale this week. That'll keep me on track, or just a little bit ahead of schedule, for my NYE goal (120lbs)... speaking of which! When I finish finals in 2 weeks, I'm going on a shopping excursion for a NYE outfit. Not quite sure what I want to wear yet (definitely something fancy would be nice, considering I haven't been "out on the town" in like 4 months!!).
