thanks 1Stateof Denial for pushing me to evaluate the "why" I am not always meeting my goals!
I suppose I should have written this yesterday to be truly mid-week!
I am not doing great on the goals I set for myself. I did n't go to water aerobics this morning. I have no excuse! So why didn't I do the thing I really love to do?
answer: I seem to forget the Thur. water aerobics starts at 8:30 am , not 9:15 like the other days of the week! It has been harder for me to get out of bed early . For some reason I am getting to sleep much later than before and mornings are tough now.
So how can I fix this????? I can set my alarm clock AND put a cup of coffee near the clock. Even cold, I will drink it.
That should get me up and going.
This morning my workout bag was already packed! I was just too lazy to push myself and get out the door!
I can still catch a class tonight at 6:15 pm. But.. Thur. morning is better. There are 2 classes in a row and the second is water zumba. I love that.
