I've been getting up (not as often as I should) before work in the mornings and getting a workout in :) Let me tell you, I will mumble and grumble all the way up until the warmup is over ... but I feel great today. So I am hoping I can keep this morning streak going. I can tell ( I think ) my metabolism is speeding up because I am hungry more often during the day, and I'm letting myself eat. I will be doing another two videos of Insanity when I get home tonight, making up for last night because I skipped out and went to bed early. I don't have too much time to blog right now ... but I'm trying to keep up with everything and everybody!!! I will recap soon!!! **but at least it's uneventful, stress wise!!! :)

    I work out in the morning as well. It sucks, and there is never a day that I don't want to just sleep in. But I always know my workout is done and over with for the day. And that is motivation lol.
