What a difference a day off makes and monthly challenge

Thursday, December 06, 2012

Yesterday was very bad for me. All the family stress and other assorted crap just ganged up on me. I woke up from a nightmare at 6 and said to hell with it and went back to bed about a hr. later I woke up from another nightmare crying. Needless to say I needed a day off. So I said to hell with the monthly challenge ate what I wanted. (with in reason) Smoked inside, and played video games all day. Basicly I took a break from life. I really needed it too. Today I woke refreshed, energized, and rare'n to go. I woke 25 min before my alarm got dressed got a cupa joe, and went outside for a smoke. While I was out there I said what the heck and started to do my calistinics. I am having a good day.
It also helps probably my nieces surgery went very well too. It seems that the reason she had a large infection in her elbow was because the pin that was in it caused a cylintrical flesh tube. Kind of like when you get your ear pierced. Any way the Drs. removed the "peirceing" area, so can now heal normal. Yah!! lets here it for good endings!
Any who, I let alot of family stuff get to me, and the day off worked wonders. I highly recomend it to every body going through stressed out stuff that is all.

Monthly challenge
Basicly I had a epic fail in all areas thank god to!!!

just a silly I thought you might like

We all need a day off once in a while! My go to is my Guitar Hero but right now my son is hogging up the XBox-lol. Way to go on getting in a work out today & the new bright attitude. Love the little cartoon!
