so lost track of everything since cold weather and time change ... too much dark. I haven't been working out, eating right, sleeping right ... pretty much all bad. Put on 6 pounds :( amazing how long it takes to get rid of it but when it finds you it just jumps on in a group. So I am trying to get focused again and find a way to get up and moving again. Sounds a little silly for me to start by goofing on SparkPeople.com but the support I get from my friends here are the best! Sorry I've been away. Let's do this!
