so lost track of everything since cold weather and time change ... too much dark. I haven't been working out, eating right, sleeping right ... pretty much all bad. Put on 6 pounds :( amazing how long it takes to get rid of it but when it finds you it just jumps on in a group. So I am trying to get focused again and find a way to get up and moving again. Sounds a little silly for me to start by goofing on SparkPeople.com but the support I get from my friends here are the best! Sorry I've been away. Let's do this!

Hey, sometimes taking the time to read the articles here, etc, gives a lot of motivation! I'm running along side you trying to keep up right now. You can do it! Start making the little changes with food right now, and you'll be back on track in no time!
If you can't get your exercise in today, start with a goal calorie range and start right now! :D
