Weigh in this morning 176.2, oh wow! so close to my goal of 175. And down a pound from last week. That makes 3 weeks in a row of weight loss. Two things that really helped me stay within my calorie range is to 1. scrupulously record everything I eat, and 2. write all my foods in my meal planner (tracker) in the morning, ahead of time.
I went to circuit training on Tues, & the instructor was new to me, but she said she recognized me because I was in turbokick and other classes. That was nice that she noticed me & thought I was in good shape. See, I'm 52, and most of the classes are at the rec center of the university, and so everyone else is mostly 18-22. I don't care, I get out there.
Yesterday, Wednesday, I went to turbokick, and it was a new choreography, so it was quite challenging. The instructor was my friend & house sitter.
I finished one class, Whew! glad that's over, and I'm finishing the other this weekend.
I've got to get started doing weight lifting on my own, now that my time with a personal trainer is done (til next semester). I plan to do upper body strength training after work today, and lower body after work tomorrow.
