So far I am kicking it this week (and did last week to for the most part). I am feeling so much better about myself now that I am back on track. I feel healthier and like I look better. I started a Facebook page entitile Meljourney to share my journey with others. If you want to follow me on there please go and like my page. SO far since last monday I am down 3 pounds! Slow and steady wins the race.
