Day 5-Hunger Pain Hump Day!

Wow! Today I ate about every two hours and the furnace was burning or something because I was hunger and still am!
I kicked off the morning with too many carbs for breakfast. I kinda new it but this is a good eye opening first week of making adjustments. I'm excited that the lightbulbs are turning on and now realize just how many calories I use to eat.
I did go over my goal today in calories and carbs however the nutrition tracker kept as honest as possible and was able to make it thru without too much damage. Over 100 in cals and 50 in carbs.
