Well, today is Dec. 5th. One of my goals for this month was to be more consistent with my fitness. Today I earned my 250 fitness minute award! :) YEA!
I'm very proud of this, especially as things are harder to do as I get farther along. I've been doing things in smaller chunks.
On top of that, I have officially surpassed my year goal for fitness minutes. My goal was 17,177 (not sure HOW I came up with that number). As of right now I'm at 17,240! YEA! And I have my dance class tomorrow night
so I'm looking forward to that.
Water check-in: I've been doing better, but I'm still not 100% yet. Most days I'm managing my 8 glasses; I think I've missed 2 days so far? Not positive, I'd have to go back and check.
Food check - I've gone over twice since the beginning of the month :( Since we're only 5 days in, that's not so great. I'm finding that with the food, it's usually a matter of NOT preparing, and thus eating whatever's on hand (and if I'm out, and baby needs to eat NOW, that's usually not good)
Solution to that? Prepare more! (Which I'm not good at!)
I'm trying to also get back to tracking my food FIRST, then eating it. That's a hard habit to cultivate!
I am, however, proud of myself that when I was at starbucks today, I WANTED a cranberry bliss bar SO BAD -- and I resisted! They're like 400 calories or something, I remember they were high. I was very happy with myself! :)
