Let's see, where to begin??
Weigh in Wednesday. I thought for sure I had gained or stayed the same. Why you may ask...Well, I don't feel different size wise. I don't feel the weight moving. I was okay with that if I didn't lose because it's not always about the scale sometimes it's about how you "feel". For me, I feel GREAT! Apparently the scale thought the same thing because it showed a 3 lb weight loss. Wow, I couldn't believe it, 3 lbs. That puts me at 23 lbs lost this year and 18 since October when we "restarted".
Today was also Gym day!
I have told you lately how much I love the gym? So I managed 25 minutes today 2.25 miles, 60 squats (only needed 40 for my squat-a-thon), 20 walking lunges, 3 20 sec bout planks on stability ball (working my core), 20 minutes on recumbent bike for 4 miles, then several arm workouts. These things are getting easier, not easy to do but easier for me to push myself through.
