I've been exercising well, either swimming or running and eating on plan. My weight is staying the same, somewhere between 130.6 and 131.6
I did have to cut down the swimming for a while because my right shoulder was getting a little sore. I may wait for the soreness to go away completely and then alternate swimming and running for a while to build up my shoulder muscles more gradually. Given how many swimmers end up with shoulder problems I want to rather be on the careful side.
Tomorrow we will go ice skating. I'm looking forward to that.

    Ice skating sounds great; I only ever went once as a teenager and it was fun.
