...and oh how that soy sauce (even the lighter sodium variety) makes me gain a little the morning after.
Yes, I had sushi earlier tonight. It was fantastic, and fast service at the restaurant. My husband and I shared 3 rolls, then zipped over to the movie theater to see Life of Pi, which we thoroughly enjoyed. I think the book has been out for 11 years or so...it's probably been 10 years since I read it, but the movie stayed true to the book as far as I can remember. I recommend the 3D version for sure.
And here's the bad, yet good, news. I'm having sushi with my friend John tomorrow. SO BAD! :) Two nights of all that sodium. I might recover in 3 or 4 days. Should I drink more water? Will that help at all?
I could seriously eat sushi EVERY day. I love it. I love everything about it. It's pretty, its presentation on the plate is pretty, it feels good to eat with all those panko crumbs and avocado and cream cheese and tuna. See? I'm already craving it again.
