So I'm trying out the Spark Coach thing. Plateau Buster! I have had a very long plateau but to be honest I haven't consistently exercised since The Sweetwater 420 5K in April. Training for a run seems to be the best motivation for me to exercise on a regular basis. But, now Ashley is here and she says she wants to lose weight and go for walks with me so hopefully this will be the motivation I need... if we can manage to work around each others schedules. :(
So, I am going to try really hard to get in at least 15 minutes of exercise each day. Just a starting point. It's the EACH DAY that makes this hard. I love walking. When weather and schedule permit I can easily get 30-60 minutes walking. But when weather and schedule don't permit I need to remember that they have those handy 5-15 minute videos on SparkPeople that I can use. Or just do some crunches and leg lifts or something. Only have like 8 more pounds I want to lose (ish). This should be easy! .....
