Starting to get on Track

Hi everyone!

I'm finally getting a little more familiar with the program and I'm beginning to get comfortable. I guess you can compare it to stepping into the shallow part of the pool, realizing your feet are wet and it's not too bad! Mind you, I'm not a "cannonball" everyone jump in the pool type of gal. Nope, not me!

That's okay...remember what they say on how you get to Carnegie Hall? Practice, practice, practice!

I find that I like to use the Quick? Tracker to count my fruit and veggies, water, and exercise . It's easier, less stressful for me and I actually enjoy tracking better this way.

In closing, I'd like to thank the other Spark Members who took the time to reply to my posts with great advice. Baby steps has helped me tremendously. You have to learn to walk before you can run, right? ha ha

P.S, I'd love to make some Spark friends but not quite sure how to go about it. I'd welcome your feedback! Anybody want a new Spark friend? emoticon
