The above is a statement found in my Tiny Buddha newsletter...I think that this is very appropo for this week.
I am holding my own but praying for friends and hoping that and my support will help them get through this week. Being in the moment isn't always easy but I try to do it myself and model it for others. Worry saps energy much worse than working out, or work, or housework, etc.
Keeping fingers crossed and holding my friends in prayer and positive thoughts...
A beautiful dragonfly from the summer...
My day was good,Zumba, and work, and tutoring all went well. Took my dh out for dinner at our favorite diner and am happily watching Nashville(my guilty pleasure) before bed.
