I did well today!~I stayed within my calorie range and burned over 500 calories at the gym~ Monday and Tuesday wasn't so good but I made it up partially today and even got to eat some chocolate (Keebler 100 Calorie Right Bites Mini Brownies) and "chinese food" (brown rice with stir-fry sauce, shrimp and peas). I feel good fitness/diet wise, but I have a tooth that is hurting me really bad. I'm glad tomorrow I just have class for an hour and then I am going to the gym for another hour, and then I have the rest of the day off - I'm looking forward to it!~

Monday - 1661 eaten / 500 burned
Tuesday - 1675 eaten / 474 burned
Wednesday - 1415 eaten / 570 burned
