My Expectations for 2013

For the rest of this year then in 2013, here are my expectations from previous blogged Fitness & Health Bucket List!

1. I want my Bucket List to help me improve my muscle strength, especially in my upper body!

2. I want my Bucket List to help me improve my cardiovascular endurance!

3. I want my Bucket List to help me improve my joint flexibility!

4. I want my Bucket List to help me improve my body makeup/physical appearance!

5. I want my Bucket List to help me reduce the cellulite on my thighs, hips, & butt!

6. I want my Bucket List to help me improve my self-confidence & self-esteem!

7. I want my Bucket List to help me improve my productivity with life!

8. I want my Bucket List to help me reduce the stress in my life!

I want to be the best me I can be! I believe my 2013 Fitness & Health Bucket List will meet the above expectations! I just need to be in continual prayer in order for me to remember that I am the temple of God and that this is the only body that God has granted to me! I need to take the best care of it as possible! So, Lord, I'm Yours and here we go again!
