I am starting over and even though I had small goals, I did not let go my old goals. I said my new goal was 10 minutes on a stationary bike, but I was miserable trying to do 30 minutes. I felt so frustrated. Then I realized the spark way is to move with enjoyment. So I stopped and celebrated I did 20 minutes instead of just 10. Bottom line is joy and small successes make you work harder then force and misery. Embrace the spark way.
